Revealed: job agency wants “intimate” secretaries

A Moscow employment agency is advertising for the role of a secretary who is ready to be “intimate” with the boss.

The agency insists it has nothing to do with prostitution or escort services – and that they’re just helping girls to get a well-paid job.

The contract implies that the employed person would carry out her occupational work five days a week, 8 hours a day, strictly according to the labour code.

But one hour a day is reserved for “intimate activities” for an average $3,000-$3,500.

According to the first part of the contract, the employee guarantees to be in good physical shape, respect business ethics and keep professional secrets.

The second part of the contract minimises a client’s risks. The agency is ready to pay a forfeit in case of marriage, office romance with another employee or giving away confidential information.

For another 5% of an employee’s annual salary, the agency gets to make a thorough check of the candidate.

If the candidate does not suit the employer, she will be replaced within two months, but only once.

“We combine staff recruitment with dating services,” says Petr Ivershin, whose recruitment agency specialises in connecting top management with intimate secretary services. It boasts of having helped to find a job for over 3,000 women over the last year and a half.

A large number of major global figures have chosen to marry their secretaries, with Bill Gates and Kim Jong-il among them.
