RT talked to New York-based photographer Paul Eng, who staged a show called "Ruskabilly" in the Russian capital.
The show traces the impact of rockabilly in Russia – the fusion of rock ’n roll and country music styles that first emerged in 1950s America.
Despite the Cold War, it gained widespread popularity in the Soviet Union and still has a large following here today.
