I have been on the observation deck of the Canadian CN Tower, and the 102nd floor observation deck of the Empire State Building. I understand that the Ostankino Tower even had a restaurant. In 1980 I was invited to visit the top of the World Trade Centre, which given the situation in 2001 I should have taken. Maybe I will get to visit the Ostankino Tower when I visit Russia.
