Ever been bullied by a group of workmates? Well, you’re not alone. The practice has been named 'mobbing'; recent figures suggest 20% of companies in Russia face the problem. However, so far not one case has been presented to courts.

“Mobbing is a psychological aggression or terror of a person by a group of his or her colleagues. In the end such social behaviour results in serious revenue losses for the companies,” Sergey Kluchnikov, a psychologist, said.

Research suggests that more and more workers in Russian companies are suffering from an increasing number of psychological problems.
 
Physiologists believe it cuts down the efficiency of employees, both victims and aggressors. And often makes qualified specialists resign.

Being different, successful or unsuccessful, having unusual hobbies or habits, too young or too old, any of these can in no time make you a target.
 
Meantime, several European countries already have laws that ban mobbing. And experts claim, that 10% of all workplace related cases in European courts now are about mobbing.
