A British company has filed a lawsuit against a former employee who, they claim, stole their idea and resources to create Russia’s most popular social network.

MySpace, one of the world's biggest online social networks with more than 100 million users, has opened a Russian version.

MySpace Russia, which is currently in test mode, will allow Russian musicians and artists to promote their work.

American-based MySpace already has offices in 23 countries.
