If you are unsatisfied with Moscow's municipal services, there is a new way to complain.

City Hall has launched an interactive map where residents can register problems in their district, including anything from poor medical care at a local hospital to illegal parking.

The map is currently in test mode, and can be found at gorod.mos.ru.

A similar site for registering complaints about poor road-cleaning has already been up and running for a while.
