London no longer has the world's largest ferris wheel after Singapore unveiled its own 165 metre version. The Singapore Flyer is 30 meters taller than its London counterpart and offers a 37-minute ride with a bird's eye view across the city state.
In good weather visitors can even see neighbouring Malaysia and Indonesia.
Reaching 42 storeys into the sky, the Flyer has a total of 28 air-conditioned capsules, each capsule having a total capacity of 28 people.
The Flyer is due to open to the public at the weekend.
