Well, locusts indeed is a very dilicious food. Chinese and Japanese eat it for a long period. In fact, in China, we make locust dumplings, and locust-fermentation wine because of its unique fragrance from rich of proteins. We may start to eat because we need to defeat it, but now the end, we breed it as food for satisfying appetite and enhancing our heath. try the simple recipes: 1.
