A combination of film and animation has delighted cinema goers in Moscow. The comedy, Hotabych the Genie, doesn’t have big names but a cast of young and upcoming actors from Lithuania.
The original story was created by the Soviet writer, Lazar Lagin. But the genie is the only character included in the screen adaptation. Film critics are unanimous that this film deserves the thumbs up for being a modern, trendy youth comedy.
