Former Tottenham forward on his way to Kazan?

The paperwork has to be done by the March 12 for the 33-year old to be eligible to start the season at Rubin.

Rebrov will become another big signing for the Kazan side this winter as they've already signed ex-Paris Saint-Germain forward Sergey Semak.
