The Moscow Metro attacks have led to renewed calls for the implementation of a national fingerprint database.
I think this is terrible. In the U.S, probable cause needs to be obtained before finger prints are taken, OR... fingerprints can be voluntarily submitted by the individual to gain security access or in cases medical workers and such. Other than that, I do not support a mandatory database as to what the article said. That is just terrible. I though Russia would know better than to treat its population as potential criminals. They say that's not what it is, but how and why else would people not think it so?
Russia needs to use all that within its disposal including fingerprinting all those who enter Russia from abroad and also citizens alike. I do say this knowing collecting massive data of this type can be abused but Russia is facing serous challenge and it needs to fight all that it has within its power.
Various people all over the world receive the mortgage loans in different banks, because that is easy and fast.

You could wear fakes over your fingers. Usually, terrorists are paranoid and have some access to goods. I'm all for the chip of the beast at birth and cameras everywhere. That won't lead to absolute control because there are too many people. They'll have to focus in one what's actually important as well as who. Crimes will still happen as they probably should, but you'll sure know what people like me do everyday instead of filling in the blanks for the above.
