Working not only in fashion but also with theatrical and cinema costume, Russian designer Elena Souproun is known for targeting women of all ages and forms, she doesn't just have slim and tall models hitting her catwalks
Souproun’s collection ‘Fever’ is traditionally distinctive with hand-made embroidery decoration, steel beads and the use of different fabrics like silk velvet, muslin, silk taffeta and chiffon and also Uzbek khan-atlas and gabardine.
Long bouffant skirts, evening dresses with dark and pastel wraps, bright dresses with open backs get a second wind in her latest fall-winter collection.
Feminine, she says it was inspired by the 1920-1970s periods, a bright mixture of styles which appeal to the designer.
The key colours are green, cornflower-blue and turquoise and sea-green along with more the more traditional silver-grey and black.
Gaufre techniques, the anthracitic dresses and costumes make the collection diverse.
