Roger Federer has equaled Bjorn Borg's record of five straight Wimbledon titles in a row, after beating Rafael Nadal in the tournament's final.
It was a hard five set game, with the first set going to a tie-break which Federer won with a cross court backhand. But in the second, Nadal flexed his power, pulling Federer from one side of the court to the other to level the match at one set all.
The third went Federer's way on a tie break only for Nadal to level again. Then in the decider, Federer got a crucial break of serve smacking a forehand down the line. From then on he took control, and the score of the final set was 6-2.
