How to breathe through the smoke
1. Avoid leaving home when the smoke is heaviest – that is, at night and early in the morning.
2. Keep the windows closed; if it is not possible due to the scorching heat, at least protect them with wet gauze or nets. Moisturize your house as much as possible – for example, fill your bath. Clean all the surfaces with a wet texture to remove the smut.
3. When at home, avoid using candles and incense, do not use vacuum cleaner or gas stoves, turn on your cooker hood while cooking.
4. Never smoke at home!
5. Be careful with your air conditioning systems – those taking the air from the outside can be used only if they are equipped with special filters; split conditioners are better.
6. If possible, leave the city.
7. Avoid physical exercise – they make you breathe deeper. Stop jogging in the park and leave your bike alone. If your work involves intense physical activity, ask your employer to cut your work hours.
8. Cut down the number of cigarettes you smoke daily or rather give up smoking all together until the situation improves. Avoid heavy smoking areas.
9. If you have certain breathing illnesses, consult your doctor immediately.
10. If you choose to wear a mask, make it wet. What you actually need is a special respirator.
11. Avoid big roads overloaded with smoke – rather use the Metro.
12. Drink as much as possible.
13. Eat more vegetables, drink green tea and fresh juice rather than coffee and soft drinks.

This smoke doesn't bother me at all. Got good photos of it, though. I agree with a radio DJ, "give it a month of this and we'll all be used to it". I am already at this point. )) Heat is the only thing that bothers me, I just take a few showers to cool off. The people who are ill and those who are old are the ones to worry about.
