Devaluation of the rouble turns out to be extremely profitable for expatriates working in Russia who mostly earn their salaries in dollars or euros, which makes their life in Russia much cheaper.
That is according to Daniel Klein, an investment adviser and a lawyer with Hellevig, Klein & Usov.
