A lawyer has called into question the legality of Russia's new law on drink driving, requiring drivers to have absolutely no alcohol in their systems.
Zero blood alcohol level means zero blood alcohol level when one is behind the wheels. This is a good legal policy that will save lives; it must be changed.
A true zero blood alcohol limit is unreasonable, alcohol is in almost everything we eat. But a BAC of 0.02 which is very small could be considered 'zero' and would be fair more resonable.
