Do letters from dead children stop dangerous drivers?

Drivers in Russia’s Siberian city of Novosibirsk have been handed letters from…dead children. The unusual action was organised by local road police on the threshold of September 1, when children go back to school after summer holidays.

This is the best story I have read in a long time and hopefully this will help people buckle their children up and also watch for them as they walk to and form school. I think this should be done all over the world and also this should be done with people who drink and drive!!!!!!!!
