Moscow has turned into the world capital of circus for six consecutive days with up to 150 artists from 26 countries taking part in the World Festival of Circus Art.
Circus performers from Russia, Germany, America, China, Spain, France and Armenia are expected to show off their best acts in the Russian capital.
One of the highlights of the festival is several performances from winners of the famous circus festival in Monte Carlo. Industry insiders say that Moscow hasn’t seen anything like it before, as each performance is a must-see.
All in all, viewers are invited to watch some 24 burlesque acts featuring several dozens of animals. The circus extravaganza will run until September 20, when the winners of the World Festival of Circus Art will be announced.
