Chinese dragons take a tour on the Volga

A Chinese art festival entitled “All the Colours of China” has kicked off in Russia. More than a hundred Chinese performers will tour twelve Russian cities along the Volga River. The festivities showcase all the genres of art that China is fam
“We've selected the best artists in all genres to send them to Russia. This boat trip is a very unusual experience for us,” said Meng Xiao Si, Deputy Minister of Culture.

Dress rehearsal on deck
As the ship goes down the river the artists, dressed in their traditional colourful costumes, will be entertaining the other travellers on deck.
The Chinese troupe will perform in the central squares of the cities they visit and will showcase traditional dances, Beijing opera, acrobatic stunts and, of course, the famous dragon.
