Dynamo Moscow slipped to their first home defeat in the Euroleague when they lost to Group A leaders, Tau Ceramica, while Group C leaders CSKA Moscow grabbed another victory away in Greece where they beat Aris.
Dynamo played well on both ends, with five of their players scoring double figures. But Ceramica surged ahead at the start of the second and went on to secure a double-digit lead. Dynamo were up by two points with just a minute left in regulation, but their Spanish opponents eventually held on to win 82 to 78. So, the Moscow team get their first-ever loss at the brand-new Krylatskoe arena and find themselves third in the group.Meanwhile, Group C leaders CSKA Moscow grabbed another victory away to Greece against Aris. In the 3rd quarter Theodoros Papaloukas made a decisive contribution into the victory. The Moscovites prevailed in the dying seconds to clinch a 65-62 win.
