Powerful explosion hits Southern Russian republic of Ingushetia

A powerful explosion has occurred in the Southern Russian republic of Ingushetia. The incident occurred in the town of Karabulak.
That's according to the local law enforcement officials.
The cause of the blast is so far unknown. Ingushetia's Interior Ministry says it has sent a task force to the scene.
