Interesting article. The UK is down but certainly not out. On the Debits and Credits, the UK certainly owes, but conversely it is owed too. The reallity is the World Economy has faltered, badly. Many nations are on a 'Financial Edge', somebody, somewhere has to get above domestic politics and engage in producing a World Solution. Any volunteers?
