Disgraceful...what happened to serve and protect?Debt is a civil legal issue which gives no debt collector the right to pursue and harass.A criminal offence was taking place and this imbecile of a police officer is guilty of being an accessory to a joint enterprise and responsible for neglect of duty of care towards a vulnerable person. Take his badge and Kick him out onto the street.
