Looooser!! This is really not funny to me, police? who is gonna police the police? Most everyday people can do a better job in being honest. Police everywhere (OMG! NYPD are the worst!)seem to have the same problem with being fair to the laws and rules of their city or state and with having compassion and respect for the citizens who's tax money help support the city. It's just too much power for a man.

Bad cops exist all over the world (similar things have been happening in Cardiff) About 40 years ago a colleague and his wife had trouble in Italy during their annual trip to Rome. The man and the Mini Cooper were British but unknown to the police the woman was Italian. The police conferred in Italian not realising that they could be understood perfectly. Their plan was to have sex with the woman in exchange for dropping the charges for speeding. Paula, who had family in Rome was not amused. Anyhow it seems that Paula scared them off because the police got back in their car and drove away. Travel they say, broadens the mind.
