Russia’s Investigative Committee has launched a criminal case against a suspected pedophile who had previously been released by police after an alleged attempt to sexually assault a 12-year-old girl.
The newspaper has done a great job in exposing a lazy or corrupt police official who would let off a proclaimed offender and emboldened him to strike again.
