North Korean antics keep Russian shelters at the ready

With North Korean rockets flying just a few hundred kilometers away, Russia’s Far Eastern city of Vladivostok has found a way to keep Stalin-built bomb shelters operational. Just in case.










Now there's irony for you. Stalin-built shelters in Vladisvostok to provide protection from Stalinist North Korea's rockets. What a lot of trouble could have been saved for all concerned if Stalin had never been. Yet a recent survey identified the great man as still the third-most popular person person in Russia. Probably is the third most popular in North Korea, too, after the Great Leader and the Dear Leader. Like the song says, "When will they ever learn...."
