RT’s Close-Up team takes you to one of the coldest parts of Russia - inside the Arctic Circle to the Nenets Autonomous Area, where the average winter temperature is minus 20 degrees centigrade.










These people make us richer spiritually and culturally, we are big enough for everyone to keep and find a place. It is always a pleasure to touch base with the people of the northern regions in any country. I visit Sweden often on business and also like to visit the Sami people there.
