The US Federal Bureau of Investigation is suppose to protect citizens from would-be crimes. But a recent New York case, known as the “Newburgh Four,” has many asking if FBI is leading Americans toward crimes.

Would believe this to be more typical government BS. We don't have terror attacks so the government makes their own. They will even go as far as to pay their informent and promise not to deport him as long as he brings them something for their case. It is nothing more than the government following their poorly written script to keep fear in the american people, so they can control and justify spending billions with their patriot act 2 which is nothing more than a farce created by Bush under the instruction of his corporate masters to keep American in line with fear of terror. Their only problem is the American people have become very wise to their game. And we are finally beginning to stand up for ourselves and our rights, the next step we need is to hold the corrupt politicians accountable for their actions. And why is the FBI wasting their time, recources, and tax payers money, trying to impliment such a roose. Why not utilize their time, recources, and tax payers money and bring justice to the American people against the crooked politicians along with Corrupt bankers and wall street and lets not leave out the corrupt Federal reserve.

Fortunately, it appears that as morals go out the window stupidity comes to the fore. The amateurishness of this entire 9 plus years just beggars belief. But for the litany of crimes against humanity and reason, one would be forgiven for believing we were all lving in some Monty Python/Get Smart montage.

@Charles- What's more is that the informant in the Fort Dix 5 case (Mahmoud Omar) even stated in court, that the Duka brothers knew nothing about a terror plot or an attack or about Ft. Dix. After the trial the government still has not given the Informant Omar the promised citizenship, presumably because of his statement in court about the Duka brothers. At the sentencing (I was there) the Judge Robert Kugler responded to the defendant Dritan Duka's comment that in the over 400 hours of secretly recorded audio, the Dukas never knew about the plot, never spoke about a plot and never spoke about anything to do with Ft. Dix on which the case was based. The judge responded by saying,: "The lack of evidence does not concern me, you COULD have been conspiring when you were not being recorded!" These cases need to be reopened. The FBI and the Department of Justice are extremely concerned that these cases will be reexamined. Why?!

"The lack of evidence does not concern me, you COULD have been conspiring when you were not being recorded!" On that basis, I could be convicted of plotting to kill JFK!!!
