The timing of this brings to mind the adage - "Better late than never". Yet it seems that the best timing for this CIS Secuity base strategic "mutual defence" treaty would better have been before Nato/USA was re-leased the use of Manas airport. To deal with security issues instigated by the CIA MI6 etc. and/or their ally Mossad seems foolhardy when they have a "spy-in-the-sky" flying overhead all the time over Russia and the CIS at one end and Pakistan and Iran and/or Turkey and Georgia at another. Its good to note that "we" are again "Takijng Two Steps Forward" in recognizing whom "our" enemies really are and whom they stem from. However we need more of "What's To Be Done?" and "Where To Begin?" Slava, ///snowyone.
