NATO forces are not willing to fight and their mission in Afghanistan is doomed, said Brigadier Amir Sultan Tarar, believed to have played a key role in the formation of the Taliban.
”Afghanis take courage in defending their country and that is what they are doing today,” he said.
”It is not the technology, it is not the money. It is the superior faith, the religious faith, the faith to defend one’s country, a stronger faith to defeat occupying forces and a very superior faith to defend one’s religion,” Tarar added.

Let us not forget that the Americans provided funding (to the tune of billions), training, intelligence and weapons to the Mujaheddin fighters during the cold war. If it were not for this support the Russians would have annihilated the Mujaheddin full-stop, they fled like frightened children. Lets all spell and remember M.I.G M.I. 24 - H.I.N.D. and what a devastating effect it had destroying whole villages, along with their habitats. Now, do you not think the Americans are equally capable of turning Afghanistan to glass, uninhabitable for the next 20,000 years no? All they simply need to do to fight as well as the Russians is to forget about the Geneva Convention, and human rights, black-out media outlets and launch multiple tactical nuclear equipped cruise missiles at each Afghan village. The war would end in 5 minutes.
The Americans learned nothing from their dismal fiasco in Vietnam. Twenty-seven years after their Vietnam defeat, they are back trying to shove their "democracy" down the throats of other people with their bayonets, napalm and cluster bombs. The Americans never understood why the Vietnamese fought over ten years to evict them from their country. The Americans simply could not accept the reality that the Vietnamese didn't want their money, their "democracy", nor their Snickers bars. They fought the Americans because they just wanted to live free of the brutal American bombardment and occupation. Now, the Americans are occupying Afghanistan and hoping to win "hearts and minds" of the Afghan people with their money, "democracy", and Snickers bars all over again. What the Americans again don't seem to understand is that the Afghan people are fighting them because they just want to live free of the brutal American bombardment and occupation. The Americans keep repeating the same mistake over and over again, and expecting a different result. Some people call such behavior a definition of insanity. American politicians and generals do not have the courage to admit defeat in Afghanistan. They will kill millions of Afghans until the American people themselves put a stop to the senseless slaughter - as they did in Vietnam.
