NATO expansion a ‘direct threat to Russia - Putin

President Putin says NATO’s expansion eastwards is a direct threat to Russia’s security. He made the comment after talks between Moscow and NATO broke up without agreement in Romania.
One of the major sticking points is NATO’s support for a U.S. anti-missile system in Europe.
