Just wondering, does Russia have any NGOs, Charities or institutions that provide aid to Africa? Or do you just make minor news reports on the situation. A relationship between Africa and Russia is beneficial in so many ways, so why has it not happened? I understand that there was some semblance of a relationship, but what has happened to it now. Is Russia not fit enough to lead such a venture considering the xenophobia and economic climate or is Africa simply a continent which no country really cares to touch? Suppose conditions in some parts of Russia are exactly the same as in Africa...
