Mystery voice encourages treasure hunters to submit bounty

Fellow treasure hunters in Russia’s Kaluga Region claim they were subjected to superhuman influences after discovering a buried church treasure when a voice prevented them from selling items belonging to the church.

In the Philippines it's the priests who are easily tempted to sell church antiquities like statues, chandeliers and silver railings by antique dealer agents. Then they claim these are stolen. But they don't bother to make police reports and the church admin. does not investigate. The items are then replaced with new ugly out-of-place modern design substitutes. Sometimes the priests admit selling and justify it by saying the money is for church repair or improvements. But the church building remains dilapidated or the "improvements" are awful-looking. Some old churches are burned after years of old deteriorated wiring. Priests who will serve as building curator graduate from the seminary know next to nothing about bldg. management or aesthetics.
