While the Feast of Sacrifice is not a day off in Russia, the authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria have declared it an official holiday for the republic's citizens.
“Muslims all over the world congratulate each other and wish one another well-being and prosperity. In our republic there are no conflicts between people belonging to different nationalities and religions,” said Khadar Misirov, Deputy Mufti, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
