Moscow to send aid to Serbs in Kosovo

Russia is to provide humanitarian aid to Serbian enclaves in Kosovo. Outgoing President Vladimir Putin has asked Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov to oversee the issue when meeting with government members on Monday.
