Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has said he is not satisfied with Russia’s defense sector modernization rate and high production prices.

Yeah, well, this sort of stuff is crazy expensive. I guess in terms of equipment, the US has the most modernized military in the world, but given how much we spend, I wouldn't surprised if you are already getting a lot more bang for your buck than we are. Albeit, I am no expert on such matters.

I think Russian military modernization is great. This is a great thing because the next time your right-wingers go traitor (like in your former country the USSR) then they can sell all the new modernized equipment and intelligence to the US Government again like they did last time.
