Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is visiting Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia. Many Russian soldiers stationed in the region were the first to respond to the Georgian attack on South Ossetia.

As I said in another comment, President Saakashvili is a war criminal who should be brought to the Hague Tribunal for crimes against humanity and genocide. The Russians defended their ethnic brothers. And an award should be given to brave journalists who covered the South Ossetian war ( which I believe includes Oksana Boyko ). The videos and still photos are that war makes me even more angry at President Saakashvili. And the idiot nations that still back him, including the United States. He really is a despot and lunatic. There are quick and effective ways to get Saakashvili out of power, that cause a minimum of violence.
