Almost twice the size of Portugal, the sparsely-populated Magadan Region is home to just 100,000 people who endure its harsh climate. It is rich in natural resources, but is also notorious for its sad, cruel past.
The victims of the GULAGS should be compensated by the Russian Federation and receive a sincere apology from the government to put this thing behind them. They could be given land or money as compensation. Actually, Russia's billionaires could be assessed a per centage of their wealth to correct this wrong.

A wonderful production...a sad yet educational video about a sad period in Russian and world history. Please post more like this.
