The UN's highest court has ruled Kosovo's declaration of independence from Serbia did not violate international law. The decision rejects a claim by Serbia but is non-binding.
The fate of Serbs reminds me of what happened to native Americans in the United States...& Palestinians in Israel....Serbs are being contained in American Indian-like reservations or ghettos like Gaza....where they are supposed to simply go extinct.....This will be a legacy of shame for the West along the same lines as their colonial past...and the source of another deep vendetta that will plague Westerners in later generations.
Where there is injustice, there will be no peace. The middle east is a perfect example.
After bombing of Serbia America establish in kosovo the biggest NATO base in Europe...So,should we be surprised by this decision in world under pax-americana...

Kosovo was always Serbian, the fact that the Albanians over breed and ethnicaly cleansed acorner of another country that borders Albania does not give the right to indipendance through massive migration and High Birth rate. if that is the case then the bronx in America can become an indipendant African state, or New Orleans for that matter. If Albanians in Kosovo want indipendance then they should give up their national Identity as Albanians. Create a new language called Kosovarian and call them selsvs Kosovoarians with their own national flag. no two States can carry the same flag and national Anthem.This New World Order Agenda to break up soveraign states threw Manipulation coruption and aggression is in it self Breaking all laws of Human Rights and International Law ,and in it self a declaration of war against another Indipendant soveraign State. If Albanians want to be Albanians they should return to Albania or respect the Constitution of the Soveraign State that Gives Them Shelter and work.
Is Serbia under Quisling government of Boris Tadic any different? They are both under Anglo-American occupation. God has replaced international law from the time he instructed George W. Bush to invade Iraq and he decided to follow his orders.
