Mikhail Khodorkovsky, former Yukos oil tycoon, has asked the court to clarify the charges brought against him and his former employee Platon Lebedev. Prosecutors accuse them of massive embezzlement.
When are they going to free this man? The trial is wrought with fraud and abuse. He is simply a capitalist trying to improve Russia's economy.
