Jailed Yukos official may die of AIDS

Vasily Aleksanyan, the former vice president of the now defunct Russian oil company YUKOS, is reportedly suffering from AIDS.
The claim came out in court where Aleksanyan is on trial for alleged tax-fraud.
His lawyer refused to confirm the information, saying the statement affected his client's privacy.
He has been seriously ill in prison and demanded to be moved to a hospital outside the jail.
