Those who commit such terrible crimes against fellow human beings may escape justice in this life, but any person of peace and faith will know that these criminals will eventually answer to a higher authority.

The reason why agents of Israeli state will not face international justice for their crimes against the Palestinian people is because the United States’ singular support of Israel. There is also a cultural/ ideological aspect to the justification and normalisation of Israel states war crimes and victimization of the Palestinians. Those wishing and willing to know about this complex and very sad situation could read Edward W. Said’s work but one can watch brilliant RT documentary “Hollywood Story: Reel Bad Arabs”. Russia has also been heavily lobbied and I always feel that Russia is under the weight of the Israeli lobby machine as well.

There haven't been very many tried by war crimes tribunals. Apparently almost all countries have a sort of immunity to being tried. Take a look at all the atrocities going on all over the world. Should all terriorists be tried and sentenced to death? Should any kind of WAR be LEGAL? Who should be tried, THOSE WHO GIVE THE ORDERS OR THOSE WHO CARRY THEM OUT? Should the political leaders be tried for any atrocities carried out by those they ordered to war? Would Hitler or Stalin have ever been tried if they had won WWII? If Japan had won WWII would they have tried and hanged all their enemies. I guess it all comes down to who loses the conflict more than anything else. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to try a powerful politician while he/she is still in power. They have to be defeated or removed from office first. If they are dictators it could take decades.

Comments suit article! I'd like to inform disrespected author and commentators that this scum bag Demyanuk was a real Nazi guard and now he is on trial in Germany for his crimes against humanity. He was not acquitted by any court in Israel to begin with. Supreme court just abrogated a guilty verdict because of the lack of evidence. There is no Bassmannoe Justice in Israel, you know. If you will continue broadcast such a "stories", I'm afraid you will run out of money very soon and "the positive image of Russia", the loyal supporter of HAMAS and all other scoundrels on the face of the Earth will be tarnished.

Hannah Israel has committed well documented, massive and enduring human war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians. The United States has find room its heart and moral code to justify all and every despicable crime Israel has committed against the humanity of the Palestinians. How has that helped the image of the United States? Russia, on the contrary, has shown some degree of independence to speak about the Israel state crime against humanity and we are all very happy for that. This has been good for Russia’s image in the Muslim and the Arab world and beyond.

Well as both Israel and the USA have 'unsigned' the Rome Statue for the International Criminal Court, they are neither bound by it nor protected by it. No real surprise here that nothing is to be done and it has nothing to do with who your pals are but the weakness of the ICC. If all nations stood up and said 'everyone not a member of the ICC go home and stay home then maybe the USA would have to sign up to it, but as it currently now stands we have the biggest military monster that can ignor international law and do as it wants. Does anyone else feel uncomfortable with this?
