Iranian envoy holds nuclear talks in Moscow

The Iranian presidential foreign policy adviser, Ali Akbar Velayati, has held the talks with the Russian leadership in Moscow. The talks came ahead of the publication of the IAEA report on Iran's nuclear programme.
