Russian wins in Vancouver justified – International Paralympic Committee head

Russian Paralympians are seeing the results of their years of training at the Winter Paralympic games in Vancouver, says Sir Philip Craven, president of the International Paralympic Committee.

The sporting functionary met up with RT in Whistler, Canada, and gave his view on the country’s breakthrough in Paralympics.
