Despite Russia recognizing the European Court of Human Rights, the human rights situation in the Caucasus remains serious, European Council Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg told RT.
Good interview by Nataliya! Four major issues determine human rights standards: Politics, Religion, Culture and Economics. Second, civil rights, human rights and social justice come with SOCIAL, HUMAN AND CIVIL RESPONSIBILITIES!! Oh, the video of the Washington airport shown was of Washington- Reagan National Airport, not Dulles International Airport. Reagan National Airport is for domestic flights only, and has no customs facilities.

The European Human Rights Commission is an arm of NATO/US geopolitical agenda. The notion of human rights is thus applied strategically. The European Human Rights Commission has not said very much about the growing xenophobia inside Europe, nor does has it said very much about the harsh treatment as asylum seekers inside the Europe and the borders of Europe. Of course, for political and economic reasons Russia has to deal with the European Human Rights Commission but Russia should devise its own Human Rights Accord where the security of the nation and the just treatment of its citizens are carefully balanced but Russia must never, ever compromise its national security because of pressure from European Human Rights Commission. I am for a social justice and human rights for all. Only I do not see the hope of the protection of human rights with NATO/US dominated Europe.
