Mystery vessel hijacker names mastermind

An organization of hackers has published online copies of documents, which they claim prove that Latvia supplied arms to Somalia in violation of a UN Security Council resolution.

These are no hackers. This is just another journalist who took/stole "4ATA" name to reveal info. Apperantly this was on purpose cause there are a lot of misunderstanding as all think that these are hackers. But it is not.

Hackers or others, there is no need to steal data to know that Latvia covered illegal arms trade throughout the 1990-ies. I do not want to bring my country into disrepute, but press in various countries have repeatedly reported various investigation results showing Latvian involvement not only in this particular scandal, but in a few others as well. High level criminality pervades the country's institutions, the regime has been thoroughly mafious for two decades now, and the country is bankrupt. Can this be an EU member state?
