I don't know about anyone else but there is no sign of this in the British media. I wonder why.

Not much in the USA mainstream media, either, but it is all over the blogosphere and on talk radio. It will be interesting to see what happens in Copenhagen.

When the secret services are facing a leak or want to bury information without seeming bad or undemocratic they use two methods: falsification and disinformation. Falsification means that you try to proove the carrier of target information a liar: he is an ex-convict, he is a drug addict etc. Falsification is an old method and does not work any more... Disinformation is that you intentionaly leak ... ten different stories along with the target story so that people don't know which one to believe! It is a modern and very effective method widely used in western media. It makes people believe that your story is just amother conspiracy theory. So the supposed hackers could be a disinformation. The climate does change and is really unnatural. Everybody can see it and those who say "Don't worry" are paid by companies and lobbies... Soon the conditions on Earth will become apocalyptic. And I know that nothing will be done because people can't control anything and our "democracy" is supposed and not real.

Almost nothing about this in the British media - BBC and Sky News are virtually silent. 20 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall we have to tune in to Russian media to find out what the British establishment is supressing, how ironic! Spassibo to Russia Today for covering this story

To me the disturbing part of this, something left out of the column, is that much of the original data used to define man-made global warming was deleted or destroyed. This is the information being used to change the world and it cannot be verified. So much for being able to check the numbers.

The Dutch Minister of Environment actually dared to claim the e-mails themselves were tampered with and hoaxed.. the nerve of the western governments & media... Of course Climate Change is a tremendous hoax, why else would there be mind-controlling banners, ads, slogans and presentations all over the city of Copenhagen Denmark a.t.m.? With speakers like the Governator and Al Gore, the greatest hypocrites in the world when it comes to climate change, the whole theme-park congress doesn't impress me at all, in fact it disgusts me. Everyone should visit climate-gate.org to read the e-mails and watch the video-documentary of the Copenhagen issue. It's even been stated in Dutch media that Russian climate data has been purposely ignored in the climate debate because it would show that the world's temperature isn't increasing at all. I'm truely glad Russian media isn't so biased about the whole CO2-situation as the western world seems to be.
