Cyber attacks are now considered as dangerous as terrorism and nuclear proliferation. Russia and China are the most serious sources of cyber threats, according to a recent NATO report.

I do not believe that hackers have any nationality. I believe naming Russia as source of new global threat of hacking is NATO's own pathetic attempt to mask its servitude to the U.S imperial machine-which represent the greatest threat to world peace and security. But imagine, just imagine that Russian hackers are so clever and so superiorly skilled in hacking websites- most likely they will target institutions and nations which are hostile to Russia. Perhaps NATO needs to stop its own not subtle attempt to encircle Russia.
