What we need is the best people in any job, it is the only way to compete and build a strong economy. So when a woman is the best candidate, she should naturally get the post. However, there are two big issues we need address. The first, is the truly bad way we treat women in our workforces today in Russia, very often they are the target of sexual harassment and pressure. This needs to be stamped out, with the full support of government. We need to give full respect to our women in the workforce. Secondly, we need to avoid political correctness, where we just try to equal the numbers out, between men and women, without regards to the individual's merits. This later approach has been applied in the EU, weakening their economies notably. So basically, provide the right safe environment, and allow merit to determine the outcome of any job allocation - not sex.
