The fact remains that ever since the Georgian adventure into South Ossetia, the frequency of terrorist attacks in Caucases has increased. Georgia has always been the transfer point of militants into Russia, but it seems that the funding, arms supply and ambitions have been on the increase. Part of package of aid to Georgia, no doubt.
